MigratoryData Plaform is a unified platform that turns real-time data into governed streaming APIs. It combines a new management plane for API governance with a proven messaging plane powered by our real-time technology, which has been delivering real-time data to hundreds of millions of end users.
MigratoryData Platform consists of two components:
Management Plane
MigratoryData Portal
Organize MigratoryData subjects into streaming APIs — with each subject serving as a streaming API endpoint — and makes the streaming APIs available through a centralized API Hub.
The Portal provides a self-service developer experience for discovering, testing, and integrating streaming APIs into real-time applications. API owners can define, document with AsyncAPI, and version streaming APIs, then publish them to the API Hub. Developers can discover APIs from the Hub, adopt APIs into their real-time apps, generate JWT access tokens, test live in a console, and generate client code samples using one of the MigratoryData SDKs for iOS, Android, JavaScript, Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, and more.
The Portal also exposes a REST API for programmatic management of streaming APIs, endpoints, users, JWT tokens, signing keys, and other portal resources.
Messaging Plane
MigratoryData Server
The pub/sub messaging engine optimized to deliver real-time data to and from millions of web, mobile, and IoT clients over WebSocket connections. Proven in production for over 15 years, it has been delivering real-time data to millions of end users every day.
Both MigratoryData Server and MigratoryData Portal can be deployed in the cloud (AWS, Azure) or on-premises — using manual installation packages (Linux RPM/DEB or platform-independent tarball) or automated deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible).
