Subscription and Perpetual Licensing

Enterprise-Wide Licensing

Standard Support

Standard Support includes:

  • Maintenance (bug fixes)
  • Version upgrades
  • Incidents with the installation, configuration, and usage of MigratoryData Server

Premium Support

Premium Support is currently available only for enterprise-wide licenses (either subscription or perpetual).

In addition to the services included with Standard Support, Premium Support includes:

  • Development advice (architecture, design, best practices, and performance tuning)
  • Highest priority for the new features proposed by customer (subject to MigratoryData's prior acceptance)
  • 24x7 phone support for critical incidents with 2-hour guaranteed response time

Evaluation Licensing

You can download MigratoryData Server (including any of its API libraries) for free and use it for evaluation for 45 days. The free evaluation package of MigratoryData Server is fully functional, up to 100 concurrent connections, with no feature restriction. If you need to benchmark or evaluate MigratoryData Server with more concurrent connections please contact us.
